Making Baba Proud St. Vladimir's Sadochok is a Ukrainian bilingual preschool for children 3 and 4 years of age. Our mission is to encourage and instill a love for the Ukrainian culture and language in our children. The program teaches the Ukrainian language so no previous knowledge is required. Cultural experiences such as pysanka writing, baking of kolachy and paskas, dancing and songs are incorporated into monthly activities. Preschool programming includes free play, circle times, crafts, snack time and group activities. Children put on two concerts during the year and participate in several fieldtrips including skiing at C.O.P. and the annual “harbooze” (pumpkin) hunt at Butterfield acres. Class sizes are small and we’re conveniently located close to downtown!
