If you need help, know Ukrainian evacuees that need help or if you would like to help Ukrainian evacuees, the information below is for you. You can always contact us if you have questions.

The Ukrainian Humanitarian Aid Committee at St. Vladimir's Orthodox Sobor is welcomes donations to help support evacuees from Ukraine. We both accept and distribute donations in the place and at the time slots below.

  • Place: St.Vladimir’s Ukrainian Orthodox Sobor (Cultural Center Lower Level – entry by Sadochok): 404 Meredith Road NE Calgary, Alberta T2E 5A6
  • Registration: we require registration to ensure that we have enough volunteers to serve all and that there is less wait time.
  • Time: Saturdays 9:30 am to 2:00 pm MT.
  • What we need and distribute to evacuees:

Bedding (new / excellent condition only)

Toiletries (new / excellent condition only)

Miscellaneous (new / excellent condition only)

  • Bed sheet sets;
  • comforters;
  • pillows and pillow cases;
  • blankets, duvets and duvet covers;
  • towels.
  • Dish soap (incl. pods);
  • laundry soap (incl. pods);
  • deodorant (mens' and women’s);
  • shampoo and conditioner;
  • body wash and bath sponges;
  • shower curtains and hooks;
  • shaving supplies;
  • moisturizing cream and lip balm;
  • face and body lotions.
  • Pots and pans;
  • plates and kitchenware;
  • mugs and glasses;
  • electric kettles;
  • socket plug adapters (Ukraine to Canada) and iPhone / smartphone chargers.
  • We are UNABLE to accept any clothing (thank you for your kind intention).
